This is a volunteer event to clean the trash/debris from our streets and park area. Meet us at the park at 9am where a board member will organize the day. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. Gloves are also recommended. Trash bags will be provided. Thanks for your contribution to keeping our community clean.
Community Yard Sale
Set up in your yards or at the parking lot at the park on a first-come first-served basis. The HOA board will advertise on SOMD.com and post signs at the entrances to Country Lakes. You are welcome to post your own advertisements. Please be sure to remove all signs after the event. Thanks!
National Night Out (NNO)
This is a nationwide event drawing attention to community awareness and relationships with local government and community organizations, such as MVFD and Rescue Squad, SMC Sheriff’s Department, SMECO, and others. The HOA board will cook-out and provide drinks, games, and door prizes. You don’t want to miss this fun-filled event. It’s a great chance to meet your fellow Country Lakes residents.
